Prayer is the practice of the presence of God. It is the place where pride is abandoned, hope is lifted, and supplication is made. Prayer is the place of admitting our need, of adopting humility, and claiming dependence upon God. Prayer is the needful practice of the Christian. Prayer is the exercise of faith and hope. Prayer is the privilege of touching the heart of the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7

Father, in Your mercy, hear our prayers.

Prayer For Strength I ask God to shield me as I have been trying my very best to handle the ongoing deaths of loved ones, as well as the lack of being able to get ahead of monthly bills, as I had to take a pay cut from former employment before my new place of employment. I work hard. I love my children. I try my best to help as many people as I come across in my life. I'm currently so depressed, my heart hurts, etc.
This is a prayer request for Lissette V. I just learned she has a benign tumor on the frontal of her brain. I pray she finds the right neuro team to help her in her journey of recovery. I ask this in Jesus' name. AMEN.
Dear God, I ask for you to look after Beatriz M. She is in need of your love, blessings and care. She has experienced many small strokes limiting her speech and thoughts. Also give her the strength and painfree from her herinated disks on her back. However, there seems to be a strong will in her to want to live. Please grant her another chance to heal and come home again. Please bless the people and medical group in doing right by her. I know she will be forever grateful. She has given so much of herself to others it is time for her to be taken care of and return to her love for others amd the world of theater. So many are hoping for her to return. I ask this in Jesus name. AMEN.
Ddear Lord, this prayer is for my 85 year old father in law in need of a safe and healthy medical healing during and after the removal of a large kidney stone during his surgery on this night. May he come out of it well with no complications. Thank you dear Lord. Amen.
Healing I am asking for prayer that the lump isn’t anything serious (I found it in the scar from surgery), that breast cancer hasn’t returned and that I am healthy. Also asking for prayer that God’s answers my prayers and that I get closer to Him and that my mental health, spiritual health & emotional health is balanced out as I am living in fear at the moment. . I trust in the Lord’s healing and I say these things in Jeus’s holy name.
Physical healing for our child Please pray for the healing of Thaddeus. Dear Father, please extend your mercy upon him to renew and restore his body to perfect health. I ask this through your beloved son and through and with the intercession of our beloved mother, Mary. Amen and Amen.
Prayer request Good morning, my name is Damián. I am writing to ask for prayers for Stefanía, a young woman diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. May God strengthen her in her faith and never let go of His Paternal Hand; may her symptoms be eased and as mild as possible, and if it is God's Will, may she be healed; and may God grant her (even through less suffering) all the graces and gifts to which she is predestined in Heaven. I also want to ask for a personal intention of mine.

Dear God, I am asking for your care and love and watchful eye for Beatriz Esteban M. speedy recovery. That she may return to her love of the performing arts. She brings joy to others through the arts . This is someone who believed in me as her student and I had the privilege to have her as a friend and mentor for 47 years. I pray for her good health and well being. Please dear God help the doctors and health care team help her during her recovery and being the creative and loving person we all love.
